Our commitment

Accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target for first-party pages and critical user journeys. This statement describes our ongoing accessibility efforts; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service is free of all accessibility barriers.

Measures we take

• Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and link text.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Review color contrast, text resizing, zoom, and responsive layouts.
• Provide clear form labels, instructions, validation, and error messages.
• Avoid using color alone to communicate required information.
• Test important pages with automated tools and manual keyboard review.

Known limitations

• The Canopy MLS / IDX property-search iframe is supplied and controlled by a third party and may not meet the same accessibility standard as our first-party pages.
• Cloudflare Turnstile and other security or embedded services are third-party components whose accessibility depends partly on their providers.
• Some older content may continue to receive improvements to headings, alternative text, link wording, or presentation.
