• Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, and related platform services.
• Vercel Analytics — aggregate usage analytics.
• Neon (Postgres) — durable storage of lead records and related operational data.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and abuse protection on forms.
• Notification provider (when configured) — email or webhook delivery of lead alerts to Jasmine. Exact vendor depends on environment configuration (for example a webhook endpoint or transactional email API).
• Optional CRM forwarding (when configured) — for example a GoHighLevel webhook. CRM forwarding is optional and is not required for lead capture.
• Canopy MLS iframe— third-party listing search embed that may set cookies or collect usage data under the MLS / IDX provider's policies.

Because these processors receive information needed to provide their services, we do not claim that personal information is never shared with any third party.

Data retention
