Who we are
This policy describes how Allure Realty Group (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through www.alluremovesyou.com.
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation, home-value, or other contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include name, email address, phone number, property address, preferred appointment details, and message content. We also receive technical data such as IP address and security-challenge tokens needed to operate the site safely.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, schedule follow-up, provide real estate services, and improve site reliability and security. Form submissions create a durable database record and may trigger an internal notification to Jasmine Parker.
Service providers who may process data
We use service providers to operate this website. Depending on configuration, processors may include:
- Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, and related platform services.
- Vercel Analytics — aggregate usage analytics.
- Neon (Postgres) — durable storage of lead records and related operational data.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and abuse protection on forms.
- Notification provider (when configured) — email or webhook delivery of lead alerts to Jasmine. Exact vendor depends on environment configuration (for example a webhook endpoint or transactional email API).
- Optional CRM forwarding (when configured) — for example a GoHighLevel webhook. CRM forwarding is optional and is not required for lead capture.
- Canopy MLS iframe — third-party listing search embed that may set cookies or collect usage data under the MLS / IDX provider's policies.
Because these processors receive information needed to provide their services, we do not claim that personal information is never shared with any third party.
AI chat assistant
This site may offer an AI chat assistant. The assistant is an automated AI system — it is not Jasmine Parker or a human, and the chat interface says so. When you use it, the messages you type are sent to a third-party AI model provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google, depending on configuration) to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive personal, financial, or account information in chat. We do not store chat transcripts on our servers, and our application logs record only technical metadata (such as message counts and response status), not what you typed. The AI provider processes messages under its own API data-handling terms. Chat answers are educational only and are not legal, tax, lending, or appraisal advice.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies or similar technologies may be used by our hosting provider, analytics, security challenges, and embedded third-party listing tools. We use aggregate, privacy-conscious analytics events to understand how the site is used (for example, that a form was started or a page was viewed). These events are designed to exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, and message content. We do not currently use heatmap or session-recording tools; if that changes, this policy will be updated first and form, chat, and financial inputs will be masked.
Data retention
Lead records are retained as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.
Correction and deletion requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting Mrs.Parkerclosings@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information when required by law or legitimate business records.
Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable technical controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
